Lemet ( timus ) pisang

Resep Lemet / timus / ketimus Pisang a la Bunda Inong

Source : dapur bunda inong

Bahan:

500 gr singkong, parut, sisihkan
100 gr kelapa parut
200 gr gula merah, sisir halus
1 sdt garam
1 sdt vanili

3-4 buah pisang raja, belah 4 memanjang.
daun pisang

Cara membuat:

Aduk semua bahan sampai rata
Ambil sesendok, ratakan di atas daun pisang.
Taruh pisang di atasnya
Bungkus sehingga pisang ada di dalam.
Kukus 40-50 menit.
Sajikan dengan teh hangat.
